BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
Booking your cake is easy but here are a few points to be aware of !

DEPOSITS/PAYMENTS
All orders require a non-refundable £10 deposit at the time of booking to secure your date. The remaining balance is then paid upon collection/delivery of your cake. If a deposit has been requested and not paid your cake will not be booked in. Any deposits paid will be fully refunded if for any reason I cannot complete the order, and I will do my best to rearrange or make good any bookings I have.

DEPOSITS/PAYMENTS FOR WEDDING CAKES
A 25% deposit is required upon booking your wedding cake to secure your date (deposit is NON refundable) exceptions are made at my discretion! The balance is to be paid no later than 2 weeks before due date.
Deposits & Payments can be made by cash, cheque, PayPal (surcharge will apply) or Direct Bank Transfer, and can be made in installments with prior confirmation from myself.

I MAKE CAKES NOT REPLICAS!
I aim to offer a seamless service but each cake is baked and decorated by hand therefor cakes and modeling of similar design will vary from time to time, I can work to a picture or design for reference but each piece is individual and bespoke.

ALLERGIES
I make all my cakes from scratch and buy my ingredients from trusted suppliers but there is always a small risk of cross contamination of certain allergens, some of which are beyond my control so unfortunately I cannot guarantee certain "free from" cakes. Any requirements you have will be discussed at booking.

NON EDIBLES
Most, if not all my cakes have some form of ribbon, dowel, jewels, candles, wrapping, lolly pop sticks, wires, flowers and other items that are NOT edible, these items are to provide structure and support to the design of your cake, please be aware it is the buyers responsibility to remove such items before consuming!!!

COLLECTION/DELIVERY
Once an order has been collected or delivered I can accept no responsibility for the care of your cake or damages. Please hold and support your cake from underneath, some designs will mean decoration may be close to the box sides!! Transport your cake on a flat surface (car boot) and away from anything that can slide into or bump the cake. Please store your cake in a cool and dry place and enjoy the cake at its best within 5 days. I reserve the right to amend or alter these terms and conditions where necessary.
